How a supplier is set up
You send us one of that supplier’s invoices and one file your accounting system has already accepted. We build the mapping between them, check it against your file, and only then put it into service.
Support
Everything you need to get a supplier converting — and one form for when something is not working.
How the system works, in the order you will meet it. Nothing here needs an account.
You send us one of that supplier’s invoices and one file your accounting system has already accepted. We build the mapping between them, check it against your file, and only then put it into service.
A validated mapping is one whose output matched your own verified file exactly, byte for byte. Every file we send says which state it is in, so a draft can never be mistaken for one that is ready to import.
Forward the supplier’s email — attachment and all — to the address we give you. The converted file comes back to the people you nominate, and every message is logged whether it converted or not.
The system refuses rather than guessing. If a required value is missing or a supplier’s file has changed shape, you get an email naming exactly what stopped it and no file is produced.
Anything that touches your company’s own data — the onboarding wizard, your mappings and translate tables, conversion runs and the inbound log — lives inside the product and asks you to sign in first. Nothing on this page does.
You do not need an account to use this form. That matters most when the thing that is wrong is that you cannot sign in.
